Extend Fertility

Extend Fertility is a New York City fertility practice that launched in 2016 with a primary focus on egg freezing. Reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Joshua U. Klein is a co-founder and serves as Chief Clinical Officer. The business is backed by venture funding, including a 2019 Series A led by Regal Healthcare Capital Partners; a management company, Extend Fertility, LLC, supports the independently owned medical practice.

The main clinic is at 200 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, with a second office at Cherry Tree Plaza in Howell, New Jersey. The Manhattan site houses the practice's own embryology and cryopreservation laboratory, built in 2016 and connected directly to the procedure room. The physician team includes Dr. Klein, Dr. Nataki Douglas and Dr. Baruch Abittan.

The practice is built around elective egg freezing for women who want to preserve their fertility for later, and it also offers embryo freezing as well as infertility evaluation and IVF treatment for patients trying to conceive now.
