Baruch Abittan

About

Dr. Baruch Abittan is a reproductive endocrinologist at Extend Fertility in New York City. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. After entering an accelerated combined undergraduate and medical program, he received his medical degree from The Commonwealth Medical College. He completed his OB/GYN residency at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, serving as research chief resident, and then completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Northwell Health Fertility. His research has examined IVF protocols for women with diminished ovarian reserve, frozen embryo transfer, preimplantation genetic testing and early prediction of IVF outcomes, and he has reviewed for the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. He is a member of ASRM, ACOG and the AMA.
