About

Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates is a physician-led fertility practice in North Texas. Its roots go back to 1999, when Dr. Samuel Chantilis left the UT Southwestern faculty to open a private practice; in 2010 he and Dr. Karen Lee founded Dallas Fertility Center, the practice's main clinic and IVF laboratory. The group has since grown to nine reproductive endocrinologists.

The main office is on Glen Lakes Drive in north Dallas, near US-75 and I-635, and houses an accredited IVF lab equipped with EmbryoScope time-lapse incubators and dedicated air filtration. Additional offices operate at Baylor Medical Pavilion in Dallas, Medical City Dallas on Forest Lane, Southlake and Plano; a second IVF lab is identified at the Baylor location.

Services include fertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT, embryo freezing and frozen transfers, egg freezing, male fertility care and surgical procedures. The practice runs an in-house egg donor program, partners with MyEggBank, coordinates gestational carrier cycles and supports LGBTQ+ family building, including donor sperm and reciprocal IVF. Out-of-town patients are directed to nearby hotels.
