Conceive Fertility Center

Conceive Fertility Center is an independent fertility practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area founded by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Julian Escobar, who completed his fellowship at UT Southwestern; Dr. Derek Haas and Dr. Biren Patel also practice with the group. Physician profiles describe the clinic as having been set up with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

The practice sees patients at three offices: Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Westpark Court in Euless (serving the Bedford area) and State Highway 121 in McKinney. Rather than running its own embryology lab, it works with Allen Reproductive Center as its IVF laboratory partner, and egg retrievals and other procedures take place at affiliated outpatient surgery centers in Las Colinas, Bedford and Craig Ranch.

Services include fertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI and donor IUI, conventional and mini IVF, ICSI, PGT, ERA testing, embryo, egg and sperm freezing, frozen embryo transfer, male infertility care, tubal reversal and other reproductive surgery. Third-party options include donor eggs, embryo donation and gestational carrier cycles. The team includes a bilingual Spanish-speaking nurse practitioner.
