About

The Fertility and Advanced Reproductive Medicine Clinic is the fertility practice of UT Southwestern Medical Center, the academic medical center in Dallas. It is run by the university's Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and its assisted reproduction program is directed by Dr. Orhan Bukulmez, the division chief.

The clinic is located on the sixth floor of the William T. Solomon Outpatient Building at 1801 Inwood Road, near UT Southwestern's main campus.

Care covers fertility evaluation for women and men, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing and genetic counseling, and egg and embryo freezing, including fertility preservation before cancer treatment. The program also offers anonymous donor eggs and sperm, a gestational carrier program, and family-building and preservation services for LGBTQ+ patients. A distinctive focus is minimal- or mild-stimulation IVF for patients with diminished ovarian reserve or of advanced reproductive age, alongside surgery for fibroids, endometriosis, polyps and tubal disease.
