Samuel Chantilis

About

Dr. Samuel Chantilis is a reproductive endocrinologist and the medical director and practice manager of Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates. A Dallas native, he earned a B.A. in chemistry at Southern Methodist University and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1987. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, then returned to UT Southwestern for fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He stayed on the UT Southwestern faculty for more than five years, eventually directing its IVF program, before moving to private practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas in 1999. In 2010 he co-founded Dallas Fertility Center. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
