Texas Center for Reproductive Health

Texas Center for Reproductive Health (TXCRH), which also operates under the name IVF and Fertility, is an independent Dallas practice led by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Samuel P. Marynick, who has served as its program director and primary physician since 1988. Dr. Marynick previously directed the Baylor Center for Reproductive Health at Baylor University Medical Center, and the clinic remains on the Baylor campus.

The office is in Suite 504 of Barnett Tower at Baylor Medical Plaza, 3600 Gaston Avenue. Embryology work is overseen by laboratory director Dr. Juan Correa-Pérez, PhD.

Treatment options cover ovulation induction and fertility medications, IVF with egg retrieval and ICSI, egg and sperm donation, egg and sperm cryopreservation, surrogacy (gestational carrier) cycles, genetic diagnosis of embryos, and gender selection. The practice also evaluates and treats male infertility, provides fertility preservation for cancer patients, performs reproductive surgery, and helps patients prepare for pregnancy. It is a small, physician-led program in which patients are seen directly by Dr. Marynick.
