Aspire Fertility-Austin

Aspire Fertility Austin is the Central Texas practice of Aspire Fertility, a clinic brand within the Prelude Network, one of the largest fertility provider groups in the United States. According to Prelude, the Austin physicians have been caring for patients since 2015, and the practice joined forces with RMA of Texas in 2018 before operating under the Aspire Fertility name.

The main clinic is at 911 West 38th Street, Building 2, Suite 402, near central Austin, and a second office, Aspire Fertility Austin - Domain, is located on Park Bend Drive in north Austin. The care team includes several reproductive endocrinologists, among them Angela Kelley, MD, David Prokai, MD and Deborah Ikhena-Abel, MD, supported by a nurse practitioner.

Services cover fertility testing, IUI, IVF with PGT-A and PGT-M genetic testing, egg freezing and fertility preservation for cancer patients, donor egg cycles, gestational surrogacy, male fertility care, recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation, minimally invasive fertility surgery and LGBTQ+ family building. The website can be viewed in English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese.
