David Prokai

About

Dr. David Prokai is a reproductive endocrinologist and partner at Aspire Fertility in Austin, Texas. Raised in a family of chemistry professors, he chose clinical medicine because of his interest in how science affects individual patients. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he developed an interest in women's health. His obstetrics and gynecology training took place at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and the University of Washington Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. During fellowship he presented at national meetings and wrote book chapters on diminished ovarian reserve and male infertility. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
