Deborah Ikhena-Abel

Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel is a reproductive endocrinologist and partner at Aspire Fertility in Austin, Texas. She earned her medical degree at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine in Worcester, and completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Northwestern University. Her practice covers infertility, fertility preservation, polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and irregular or absent menstrual cycles. She places particular emphasis on patient education about the medical and emotional sides of infertility and pregnancy loss. She also reviews manuscripts for Fertility and Sterility and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, and reviews abstracts for ASRM.
