Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine

The Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine (FIRM) is an independent, physician-led fertility practice in North Florida. It marked its 35th anniversary in 2025, and it describes itself as the largest provider of infertility care in North Florida and South Georgia. The four board-certified reproductive endocrinologists are Drs. Kevin Winslow, Teresa Erb, Adrienne Gentry, and Viji Sundaram. The practice builds its care around what it calls the "3 C's": care, cost, and convenience.

The Jacksonville Downtown office is on Prudential Drive near Baptist Medical Center Downtown. The practice also has offices in Jacksonville South, Daytona Beach, Tallahassee, and Valdosta, Georgia. Its embryology laboratory is staffed by doctoral-level embryologists, and IVF is offered year-round.

Services include ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with preimplantation genetic testing, andrology, and in-house surgical sperm extraction. The practice also offers egg, sperm, and embryo freezing and fertility preservation. It runs its own frozen donor egg bank, a donor embryo bank, and a gestational surrogacy program. Robotic surgeons perform myomectomy, endometriosis surgery, and tubal reversal as outpatient procedures. Some of its medication-injection teaching videos are available in Spanish.
