Scott Whitten

About

Dr. Scott J. Whitten is a reproductive medicine specialist at the Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine in Reno, where he has practiced since 2006. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His clinical interests include infertility, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, complex pubertal disorders and reproductive surgery, and he is certified on the da Vinci robotic surgical system. He earned a biology degree at the University of Nevada, Reno and his medical degree at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, then trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where his research focused on meiosis.
