Edward Ramirez

Dr. Edward J. Ramirez is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who leads The Fertility & Gynecology Center - Monterey Bay IVF in Monterey, California, where he provides infertility, fertility preservation and general gynecologic care. He earned a B.S. in biological sciences and a B.A. in philosophy concurrently at the University of California, Irvine, and graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii and later trained in assisted reproductive technologies at Pacific Fertility Center. His practice offers IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, egg and embryo freezing, donor and gestational carrier programs, and advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. He speaks Spanish and Japanese, belongs to ASRM, ACOG and AAGL, and has served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
