Life IVF Center

Life IVF Center is an independent fertility practice in Southern California founded by Dr. Frank D. Yelian, MD, PhD, who remains its medical director. Dr. Yelian trained in medicine at Zhejiang University, earned a PhD in reproductive endocrinology and embryology at Michigan State University and later studied natural-cycle and minimal-stimulation IVF at Kato Ladies Clinic in Tokyo.

The flagship office is at 3500 Barranca Parkway, Suite 300, in Irvine, and a second, purpose-built center opened in Arcadia in Los Angeles County in 2018; the practice states that both locations have in-house embryology labs. The physician team includes Drs. Jackson Wu, Michelle Yu and Salman Okour.

The practice is built around Precision IVF, an individualized approach Dr. Yelian began developing in 2012 that ranges from natural or minimal stimulation to conventional protocols. Other services include IUI, egg and embryo freezing, genetic testing, donor eggs and sperm, gestational carriers, LGBTQ family building and PRP therapy. Many patients travel from other states and countries, with local monitoring near home, and the website is available in Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese.
