HRC Fertility–Pasadena is a location of HRC Fertility, a Southern California fertility group that has treated patients since 1988 and now operates clinics across the region. In 2021 USC Fertility, the physician group of Keck Medicine of USC, began practicing at the Pasadena center, and HRC became an affiliate of Keck Medicine of USC. The partnership also includes clinical research and reproductive endocrinology fellowship training overseen by the Keck School of Medicine.

The center occupies the ninth floor of 55 S. Lake Avenue in Old Town Pasadena. This 26,000-square-foot flagship opened in December 2020 and houses IVF laboratories. Its physician team includes John Wilcox, Richard Paulson, Bradford Kolb, Mabel Lee and several other reproductive endocrinologists.

Services include semen analysis, IUI, IVF with ICSI, egg freezing and fertility preservation, and evaluation for recurrent pregnancy loss and genetic disorders. The Pasadena office runs a large third-party reproduction program that covers donor eggs, donor sperm, embryo donation and surrogacy, along with LGBTQ+ family building. Patients from out of town and abroad can begin with remote consultations by phone, email or WeChat.
