Ilene Hatch

About

Dr. Ilene Hatch is a reproductive endocrinologist who leads the Fertility Center of Southern California in Irvine, where she has practiced reproductive medicine for more than two decades. She earned her medical degree at the University of Southern California, completed a four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, and then returned to USC for fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and she holds an assistant clinical professor appointment at UC Irvine. Her clinical interests include polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian insufficiency, care for poor responders, and donor egg treatment. Having experienced infertility herself, she brings personal understanding to her patients' journeys.
