Fertility Center of Southern California

Fertility Center of Southern California is an independent fertility practice in Irvine led by Dr. Ilene E. Hatch, a reproductive endocrinologist double board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Hatch trained at the University of Southern California and UC Irvine, holds an assistant clinical professorship at UC Irvine, and has more than 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine. She works alongside two physician assistants focused on fertility care.

The clinic operates from a single office at 4980 Barranca Parkway, Suite 200, in Irvine, with early-morning weekday hours and brief weekend and holiday appointments for cycle monitoring.

Services include IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, fertility surgery, egg freezing and fertility preservation, and preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy, single-gene and structural conditions. The practice also handles donor egg, donor sperm and donor embryo cycles, gestational carrier cycles, and testicular sperm extraction. Clinical interests include PCOS, endometriosis, premature ovarian insufficiency and poor ovarian response, and the team supports LGBTQ+ family building.
