Irena Lalic

With 35 years of clinical experience in embryology and IVF, Irena Lalic is one of the most experienced embryologists in Asia. She holds a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Zagreb and a Master of Science in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds, UK. Irena oversees all embryological procedures at Saipan IVF Center, including egg assessment, ICSI fertilization, embryo culture, blastocyst biopsy, and vitrification. Her particular expertise is in difficult cases — low ovarian reserve, poor fertilization history, and maximizing blastocyst yield from challenging stimulation responses.
