About
The fertility program long known as the Wake Forest University Center for Reproductive Medicine now operates as the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery. It is the reproductive endocrinology service of Wake Forest Baptist, the academic medical center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, which joined Atrium Health (now part of Advocate Health). The program opened in 1990 as the first of its kind in the region and was the area's earliest provider of IVF and donor egg treatment.
The clinic is located at 111 Hanestown Court, Suite 351, in Winston-Salem. It has on-site embryology and andrology laboratories and a procedure suite, so testing, monitoring and treatment can be completed at one location by a team of board-certified reproductive endocrinologists.
Services include fertility evaluation with 3D ultrasound and semen analysis, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with ICSI and preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, tubal reversal, care for endometriosis, PCOS and recurrent pregnancy loss, and third-party reproduction with donor eggs, donor sperm and gestational surrogacy. Free language assistance is available through the health system.
