Carolina Conceptions is a privately owned infertility practice based in Raleigh, North Carolina, which opened in September 2006. It was founded by reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Bill Meyer and Dr. Grace Couchman, both now retired, and is today run by a team of physicians board-certified in both OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinology and infertility, including Dr. John Park, Dr. Meaghan Bowling, Dr. Lauren Johnson, Dr. Monica Schointuch and Dr. Barry Ripps.

The main office is at 2601 Lake Drive in Raleigh. The practice has added offices in North Raleigh, Holly Springs and Wilmington, plus monitoring sites in Charlotte, Fayetteville, Greenville and Southern Pines/Pinehurst, so patients across the state can do much of their care closer to home. Its laboratory carries CAP and CLIA accreditation.

Services include infertility testing, IUI, IVF with preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, oncofertility for cancer patients, and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. Third-party options include an egg donor database, donor sperm, donor embryos and a gestational carrier program. The clinic also supports LGBTQ+ and single-parent family building, offers telehealth visits and provides Spanish-language patient forms.
