University of Michigan Center for Reproductive Medicine

The Center for Reproductive Medicine is the academic fertility program of University of Michigan Health (Michigan Medicine), run with the medical school's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Its assisted reproduction laboratory dates to 1984, and the program combines clinical care with research and training of reproductive endocrinology fellows.

The main clinic is in the Briarwood medical buildings at 475 Market Place, Building 1, Suite B, in Ann Arbor. The team brings together reproductive endocrinologists, OB-GYNs, urologists, embryologists and research scientists in one center. Michigan Medicine has also added a second site in Bloomfield Hills after the private practice Michigan Reproductive Medicine joined the health system.

Services include fertility evaluation, intrauterine insemination, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A and PGT-M), egg and embryo freezing, and treatment with donor eggs or donor sperm. A dedicated Fertility Preservation Program works with oncology and urology teams to offer counseling and urgent egg, sperm or embryo banking for patients facing cancer treatment, and male infertility care is available through U-M urology.
