Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan (RMA of Michigan) is an independent fertility practice in metro Detroit that has served patients since 2006. Its founder and medical director, Dr. Brad T. Miller, leads a group of six reproductive endocrinologists, and the physicians belong to ASRM, SART and SREI. It is a local practice and is not part of the national RMA/IVI-RMA network.

The main office is at 130 Town Center Drive in Troy, with a second office inside the Corewell Health Care Center in Livonia on West Seven Mile Road. Early-morning monitoring hours are offered, including on weekends, and the practice has resources for patients traveling from out of town.

Care begins with female and male fertility evaluation and moves through ovulation induction, IUI, ERA testing and fertility surgery to IVF with ICSI and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A). The practice offers egg freezing for fertility preservation, recipient and donor programs for donor eggs and donor sperm, gestational carrier cycles, and family-building services for LGBTQ+ patients.
