Gago IVF

Gago IVF, which now presents itself as Gago Center for Fertility, is an independent reproductive endocrinology practice in southeast Michigan. Dr. Laura April Gago launched it in 2007, and she remains the lead physician alongside Dr. Elizabeth Pritts and a nurse practitioner.

The practice is based at 2250 Genoa Business Park Drive in Brighton and also sees patients in Ann Arbor (Dexter Avenue) and Lansing (Lake Lansing Road), with telehealth consultations available for initial visits.

Its fertility services cover the diagnostic workup, including semen analysis and evaluation of the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes, as well as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination and donor sperm insemination. Assisted reproduction options include IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, sperm cryopreservation, donor eggs and donor embryos, and operative hysteroscopy is performed when needed. Dr. Gago also runs Laura's Hope, a nonprofit that awards treatment grants to couples who have experienced pregnancy or neonatal loss or recurrent miscarriage.
