Spring Fertility was founded in San Francisco around 2016. Its leadership includes reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Nam Tran and Dr. Peter Klatsky. The group has since grown into a multi-state practice, with clinics across the Bay Area and Sacramento as well as in New York, Portland and Denver.

The San Francisco flagship is at 1 Daniel Burnham Court, Suite 110C, in Lower Pacific Heights. The site houses the clinic, Spring's IVF laboratory and an on-site surgery center. Physicians listed here include Drs. Monica Pasternak, Nam Tran, Temeka Zore, Angie Wang and Julia Kim, supported by nurse practitioners. A second city clinic operates in SoMa at the Salesforce Transit Center.

Services include IVF, IUI, egg and embryo freezing, genetic counseling, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, gestational carrier coordination, and LGBTQ+ family building, along with counseling and support groups. Out-of-town and international patients can complete monitoring with a local provider before traveling. A Chinese-language program includes Mandarin-speaking navigators and nursing staff, help with treatment timelines and travel, and a dedicated Chinese contact email.
