Pacific Fertility Center

Pacific Fertility Center (PFC) has served Northern California patients since 1999, when several reproductive endocrinologists merged their practices under the PFC name. In 2017 it joined The Prelude Network, the clinic network now operated by Inception Fertility.

The San Francisco clinic is at 55 Francisco Street, near Fisherman's Wharf, and PFC also runs an office in Greenbrae, Marin County. Physicians currently listed for the San Francisco site include Drs. Isabelle Ryan, Liyun Li, Michael Strug and Jennifer Agard. Embryologist Dr. Joseph Conaghan directs the clinical laboratory. PFC was an early adopter of egg vitrification and single embryo transfer. Its in-house Pacific Fertility Egg Bank is described as Northern California's first frozen donor egg program.

Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT, egg freezing and fertility preservation, egg donation, donor sperm, gestational surrogacy, male infertility care, and LGBTQ+ and single-parent family building. Out-of-town and international patients have support from new-patient coordinators. Chinese-speaking patients can see Shanghai-born Dr. Li, whose nursing team speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, and use a Chinese concierge service.
