About
Midwest Fertility Specialists (MFS) is an Indiana fertility practice that has been helping patients build families since 2004. In January 2023 it joined Axia Women's Health, a network of independent women's health practices in the Northeast and Midwest, while keeping its own name and clinical team.
The Carmel office at 12188-A N. Meridian Street, Suite 250, is the practice's main location north of Indianapolis. The physician roster listed for Carmel includes reproductive endocrinologists Bradford Bopp, MD, Matthew Will, MD, Erica Anspach Will, MD, Kate O'Leary, MD, and Maria Antero, MD, along with gynecologic surgeon Thomas Lorenc, MD, and a physician assistant. MFS also sees patients in Fort Wayne and at an Indianapolis office.
Services cover fertility testing for women and men, semen analysis, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, preconception genetic screening, and egg freezing for elective fertility preservation. Third-party options include donor eggs from its own egg donor program, donor sperm insemination and gestational surrogacy, and the practice offers LGBTQ+ family-building pathways. Video consultations are available.
