About
Indiana Fertility Institute (IFI) is a fertility practice in the Indianapolis area led by John C. Jarrett II, MD, who started Indiana's first successful IVF program at Women's Hospital in 1985. The practice previously operated as American Health Network Reproductive Medicine and has used the Indiana Fertility Institute name since 2016. It is now a member of the Prelude Network, the clinic network of Inception Fertility. The physician team includes Dr. Jarrett, Meredith Provost, MD, and Christine E. Hur, MD.
The clinic is at 10610 North Pennsylvania Street, Suite 101, on the Carmel side of north Indianapolis, and serves patients across central Indiana. Its andrology and embryology laboratories at this location are state-licensed, CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified, with embryologists on call around the clock.
Services include fertility testing for women and men, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg and sperm freezing, oncofertility, microsurgical sperm aspiration and reproductive surgery. Third-party options cover fresh or frozen donor eggs, donor sperm and gestational surrogacy, and LGBTQ+ patients can pursue options such as reciprocal IVF.
