About

IVFMD was founded in 1991 by reproductive endocrinologist Juergen Eisermann, MD, and operated for three decades as the South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine before adopting the IVFMD name in 2021. The practice is now part of Inception Fertility and its Prelude Network, which supports fertility clinics, IVF laboratories and family-building agencies across the United States.

The Miami center at 7300 SW 62nd Place in South Miami is the practice's headquarters. Its physician team includes Dr. Eisermann along with Katherine Palmerola, Suset Rodriguez, Michael Saad-Naguib, Enrique Soto and Alexandra Szczupak. IVFMD also runs centers in Boca Raton, Cooper City, Jupiter, Naples and Viera.

Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, egg, sperm and embryo freezing, oncofertility, egg donation, IVF for gestational surrogacy, fertility surgery and LGBTQ+ family building. The website is available in Spanish, and the practice welcomes patients traveling from other countries.
