Pinnacle Fertility Bloomfield Hills is the current name of the main office of IVF Michigan Fertility Centers, later known as IVF Michigan & Ohio Fertility Centers. The group was founded in 2002, with Dr. F. Nicholas Shamma as a founding member and medical director. In March 2025 it joined Pinnacle Fertility, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based network of fertility clinics and embryology laboratories across the United States, and its offices now operate under the Pinnacle Fertility name.

The Bloomfield Hills clinic is at 37000 Woodward Avenue, Suite 350, in Oakland County north of Detroit. Physicians Dr. Shamma and Dr. Ahmad Hammoud practice here with nurse practitioners. The former IVF Michigan group also runs offices in Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Grand Blanc, Grand Rapids, Macomb, Saginaw, Traverse City and Toledo, Ohio.

Services include fertility testing, semen analysis and male infertility care, IUI, IVF with fresh and frozen embryo transfer, genetic testing of embryos, egg freezing for fertility preservation, laparoscopic surgery, counseling, and family-building programs for LGBTQ+ patients. Through Pinnacle, patients can also access the network's egg bank and surrogacy services.
