About
Everleap Fertility Staten Island is the current name of Island Reproductive Services, a Staten Island practice built over roughly 25 years by reproductive endocrinologists Eric Knochenhauer, MD, and Michael Traub, MD. In December 2025 IVI RMA North America announced a partnership with the practice, its entry into the New York City market, and the two offices have since been renamed under the Everleap Fertility brand. Both founding physicians kept an ownership stake and continue to treat patients; Dr. Traub is listed as medical director.
The main office is at 237 Richmond Valley Road on the South Shore, with a second office at 1796 Clove Road. At the time of the deal the practice was described as the only fertility provider on Staten Island with its own laboratory and full treatment services.
Care includes ovulation induction, IUI, conventional and mini-IVF, donor egg and donor embryo cycles, IVF for gestational carrier arrangements, reproductive surgery, and egg, sperm or embryo freezing. Single people, LGBTQ+ patients and couples are all treated.
