Eric Knochenhauer

About

Dr. Eric Knochenhauer is a reproductive endocrinologist and physician partner at Everleap Fertility in Staten Island, New York, the practice formerly known as Island Reproductive Services. He also directs the reproductive endocrinology and infertility service at Staten Island University Hospital. He earned a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, attended Albany Medical College, and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He then trained in reproductive biology and endocrinology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, finishing in 1996, and remained there as an assistant professor until 2001. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, is a Fellow of ACOG, and belongs to ASRM, the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists and the Endocrine Society.
