Innovative Fertility Center

Innovative Fertility Center is a small independent fertility practice in Manhattan Beach, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. Reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Joshua J. Berger, MD, PhD, leads its care. The practice describes itself as an intimate, cost-conscious alternative to larger clinics, and each patient is assigned an advocate who guides them through treatment.

The office is on North Sepulveda Boulevard and has its own embryology laboratory. Treatments include infertility testing, IUI with various stimulation protocols, IVF with ICSI and preimplantation genetic testing, frozen embryo transfer, egg freezing, and family balancing (sex selection). A third-party program offers donor eggs and donor sperm from known or anonymous donors.

Single people and LGBTQ+ couples are welcome. Lesbian couples can do donor-sperm IUI or reciprocal IVF, and gay couples and single men can build families with an egg donor and a gestational carrier. Acupuncture and yoga are available alongside medical treatment.
