About
Fertility & Endocrine Associates is an independent reproductive medicine practice in Louisville, Kentucky. It traces its roots to 1991, when Dr. Robert Homm opened it as Women's Specialty Center, and it describes itself as the oldest private infertility and IVF practice in the state, with what it says was Kentucky's first privately run IVF laboratory. Both Dr. Homm and longtime nurse practitioner Kit Devine have since retired.
The clinic sits in Medical Plaza 3 on the Norton Women's & Children's Hospital campus at 4123 Dutchmans Lane, where it was among the first physician practices in the Norton Women's Pavilion. Care is led by board-certified physicians Miriam S. Krause, MD, and Tiffany D. Justice, MD, supported by a nurse practitioner.
Treatments range from ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination to IVF with preimplantation genetic testing and embryo freezing. The practice also offers fertility preservation including egg freezing, and third-party reproduction with donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos and gestational carriers. It manages conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss and secondary infertility.
