Kentucky Fertility Institute, LLC

Kentucky Fertility Institute (KFI) is an independent fertility practice in Louisville, opened in 2016 by reproductive endocrinologists Robert K. Hunter II, MD, and Tiffany Justice, MD, to give Kentucky patients a local option for advanced fertility care. Dr. Hunter leads the practice as practice director, and the clinical team includes laboratory director Greg L. Christensen, PhD, HCLD, an embryologist and advanced practice nurses.

The clinic sits on Chamberlain Lane in northeast Louisville and runs its own on-site embryology laboratory. It draws patients from across Kentucky and Southern Indiana, including Lexington, Bowling Green and Owensboro, and offers telehealth intake consultations and discounted hotel arrangements for those traveling in.

Services cover fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, embryo freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, male infertility evaluation and reproductive surgery. KFI offers elective egg freezing and oncofertility preservation, known or anonymous egg and sperm donation through partner banks, and gestational surrogacy with known carriers or agency-matched surrogates. Its LGBTQ+ program includes reciprocal IVF and donor-sperm IUI or IVF.
