Clinica de Fertilidad HIMA-San Pablo Caguas

Clinica de Fertilidad HIMA-San Pablo Caguas is an assisted reproduction clinic in Caguas, Puerto Rico, originally established within the HIMA-San Pablo hospital network. Its medical and laboratory director is Jose R. Cruz, MD, who is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and who also directs the reproductive endocrinology and infertility division at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. In December 2023, following the HIMA-San Pablo bankruptcy, the Caguas hospital passed to Metro Pavia Health System and became Hospital Pavia Caguas.

The clinic is located in Suite 303 at A-1 Munoz Rivera Avenue in Caguas and operates its own IVF laboratory under Dr. Cruz's direction.

According to its federal ART reporting, the clinic performs in vitro fertilization with ICSI and offers egg and embryo freezing, donor egg cycles, donated embryos and IVF for gestational carrier arrangements.
