Dr. José R. Cruz is a reproductive endocrinologist in Caguas, Puerto Rico, where he serves as medical director and laboratory director of the HIMA-San Pablo fertility clinic, a program that provides assisted reproductive treatments including in vitro fertilization. According to his own professional profile, he holds board certification in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, along with certification in andrology and embryology, which reflects his combined clinical and laboratory role. He has also held an academic appointment as assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where he directed the division of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His clinic offers services such as IVF, intrauterine insemination, egg and embryo freezing and donor programs.
