Baystate Reproductive Medicine

Baystate Reproductive Medicine was the fertility practice of Baystate Health, the Springfield-based health system, and for more than 35 years it was the only fertility program in western Massachusetts. In December 2023 Baystate moved its specialty fertility services to Boston IVF under a new operating model, keeping care in the region. Boston IVF, which joined the IVI RMA network in 2024, has since been rebranded, and the Springfield office now operates as Everleap Fertility Springfield, the US brand of IVI RMA North America.

The clinic is located in Suite 301 of Baystate's Medical Office Building at 2 Medical Center Drive in Springfield. It is staffed by reproductive endocrinologists and an advanced practice provider, and handles consultations, fertility testing, blood and ultrasound monitoring, IUI including donor sperm insemination, and male infertility assessment.

Egg retrievals, IVF and egg freezing are carried out at the network's Waltham laboratory, with monitoring done locally in Springfield, so patients in the Pioneer Valley can complete most visits close to home.
