About
Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists (ARMS) is an independent fertility practice in the Phoenix area led by medical director Drew V. Moffitt, MD, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who trained at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia. He is joined by Linda R. Nelson, MD, PhD, a professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix.
ARMS has two offices: the main clinic at 1701 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix and an East Valley office at Spectrum Falls in Gilbert. Its embryology lab, directed by a PhD scientist, is CLIA and CAP certified and uses time-lapse embryo monitoring with video access for patients. Evening and Saturday appointments are available, and the physicians offer phone calls with prospective patients before a first visit.
Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, blastocyst and frozen embryo transfer, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and fertility preservation, and an in-house egg donation program that recruits and screens donors. Dr. Moffitt and several staff members speak Spanish.
