Alyaa Elassar

Dr. Alyaa Elassar is a board-certified gynecologist specializing in reproductive endocrinology and fertility who owns and leads NYC In Vitro Fertilization (NYC IVF) in Manhattan. Her credentials include MD, MSc and PhD degrees, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She completed her residency at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell and her fellowship training at the University of Connecticut. At her practice she personally attends each patient visit, aiming for an individualized approach that uses only as much intervention as a patient needs. Her published research has examined how women with low ovarian reserve respond hormonally to fertility treatment. Originally from Cairo, Egypt, she cares for patients seeking fertility evaluation and IVF in New York City.
