Kristin Van Heertum

About

Dr. Kristin Van Heertum is a reproductive endocrinologist at Nashville Fertility Center, where she sees patients in the Nashville and Clarksville, Tennessee offices. She holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and behavior from Columbia University and earned her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Abington Hospital-Jefferson Health and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University, gaining training in advanced hysteroscopic surgery. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her clinical focus includes IVF, fertility surgery, PCOS, fertility preservation and LGBTQ+ family building, and she involves patients actively in planning their treatment.
