Tennessee Fertility Institute

Tennessee Fertility Institute is a Middle Tennessee fertility practice founded in 2016. It is a member of The Prelude Network, the clinic network of Inception Fertility, and is led by partner and medical director Christopher P. Montville, MD, who earlier built the first IVF center in Montana. The physician team also includes Jane I. Ruman, MD, and Pinar H. Kodaman, MD, PhD, supported by a nurse practitioner and a certified nurse midwife.

The Franklin office at 9160 Carothers Parkway, Suite 201, just south of Nashville, is a freestanding clinic with its own IVF laboratory; the practice describes its labs as CAP-accredited. A second office operates on Murphy Avenue in Nashville, and telehealth visits are available.

Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg and sperm freezing, oncofertility, fertility surgery and sperm retrieval for male infertility. The practice runs an egg donation program, uses donor sperm and coordinates gestational surrogacy, and it serves LGBTQ+ couples and single parents. Second-opinion consultations are also offered.
