Vaishnavi Purusothaman

About

Dr. Vaishnavi Purusothaman is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist with Kaiser Permanente, seeing patients at the Center for Reproductive Health at Fremont Medical Center and at the Santa Clara Homestead campus in Sunnyvale. She studied neurobiological sciences at the University of Florida, earned her medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis in 2015 along with a master's in biological and biomedical sciences, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at UT Health San Antonio, and completed her REI fellowship at the University of North Carolina. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2022. Her practice spans fertility care, reproductive surgery, and pediatric and adolescent gynecology, with interests in endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, and transgender care. She also speaks conversational Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu.
