Wendy Shelly

Dr. Wendy B. Shelly is a reproductive endocrinologist at Fertility Specialists Medical Group in San Diego, which she joined in 2011 after practicing at Fertility Physicians of Northern California in San Jose and Palo Alto. She also serves as surgical director of the group's in-house San Diego Center for Reproductive Surgery. Dr. Shelly studied biology at Pennsylvania State University and received her medical degree from Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Virginia and then completed fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of California, San Francisco. She offers the full spectrum of fertility care, from basic treatments to IVF and fertility preservation, and has a particular interest in caring for LGBTQIA patients.
