About

Wisconsin Fertility Institute is a fertility and reproductive surgery practice in Middleton, just west of Madison, Wisconsin. Reproductive endocrinologists David Olive and Elizabeth Pritts founded it in 2007 after leaving UW Health. In August 2023, INVO Bioscience, now INVO Fertility, acquired the clinic. Pritts left the practice in June 2024. Gretchen Collins, MD, a reproductive endocrinologist who joined in 2018, is now identified as medical director.

The clinic is at 3146 Deming Way in Middleton and runs its own embryology laboratory, directed by Wael Megid. Its physicians include a reproductive endocrinologist and a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. In 2026 the clinic joined the Progyny fertility benefits network.

Services include ovulation induction, IUI and IVF, along with egg freezing and fertility preservation for cancer patients. Through its third-party reproduction program, patients can use donor sperm from approved banks, donor eggs and gestational carriers, and the clinic recruits egg donors. It also offers advanced gynecologic care for hormonal conditions such as PCOS and amenorrhea, as well as surgery for endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts and ectopic pregnancy.
