About

UW Health Fertility Care, formerly known as Generations Fertility Care, is the fertility clinic of UW Health, the academic health system of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Physicians belong to the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, directed by Bala Bhagavath, MD. The clinic opened at its current site around 2010 and marked 15 years of care in 2025.

The clinic is at 2365 Deming Way in Middleton, on the west side of the Madison area. It brings consultation, monitoring, procedures and laboratory care together under one roof and also hosts dedicated male infertility and PCOS clinics.

Services include IUI, IVF with ICSI, frozen embryo transfer, egg, sperm and embryo freezing, and a donor egg program that works with an egg bank and a local agency. Embryos may be transferred to a gestational carrier, fertility preservation is offered for cancer patients, and the team provides family-building consultations for LGBTQ+ patients.
