Aurora Health Care-Aurora Fertility Services, West Allis

Aurora Fertility Services is the reproductive medicine program of Aurora Health Care, the large Wisconsin health system that is now part of Advocate Health. The West Allis clinic, in suburban Milwaukee, offers IVF and has reported assisted reproduction cycles to the CDC for more than a decade.

The clinic occupies the second floor of Aurora West Allis Medical Center (formerly West Allis Memorial Hospital) at 8901 West Lincoln Avenue. Care is provided by board-certified reproductive endocrinologists and fertility-trained nurses, and patients have access to the hospital's wider obstetric, surgical and integrative medicine services.

Treatment options include fertility evaluation, IUI with sperm washing, IVF (including minimal or low-dose stimulation protocols), embryo vitrification and frozen embryo transfer, and fertility preservation by freezing eggs, sperm or embryos. Third-party options cover donor sperm, egg donation and gestational carriers, and LGBTQ+ patients are welcome. Aurora offers free language assistance during visits, including Spanish, and financing options are available through the clinic staff.
