ORM Fertility-Portland is the downtown Portland clinic of the practice founded in 1989 as Oregon Reproductive Medicine. The practice took the name ORM Fertility in 2019. After joining Pinnacle Fertility, a national network of fertility centers, it was renamed Pinnacle Oregon, and the clinic is now listed as Pinnacle Fertility Oregon – Downtown Portland. Pinnacle says the physicians, care teams, embryology lab and locations stayed the same after the rebrand.

The clinic is at 808 SW 15th Avenue in Portland. Its physicians are Brandon Bankowski, Elizabeth Barbieri, John Hesla, Jillian Kurtz and Marissa Luck, and they work with several physician assistants and a nurse practitioner. Dr. Hesla co-founded the practice's IVF program, and the practice has a long history of treating patients who travel from other states and abroad.

Services include IVF with egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, IUI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, semen analysis and male infertility care, and fertility preservation for cancer patients. Patients also have access to donor eggs through the Pinnacle Egg Bank, gestational surrogacy through Pinnacle Surrogacy, LGBTQ+ family-building programs and fertility counseling.
