Oregon Fertility Institute

Oregon Fertility Institute is a small, independent fertility practice in the Portland area founded and led by Aimee S. Chang, MD, a reproductive endocrinologist board-certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Before opening the practice, Dr. Chang directed the oocyte donor program at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

The office is at 9370 SW Greenburg Road, Suite 412, in the Washington Square area on the Portland–Tigard line, and Dr. Chang is affiliated with Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. The practice describes its model as physician-centered: the same doctor oversees each patient's treatment from the first visit to the end of the cycle, with an emphasis on personal attention and financing options.

Services include infertility evaluation, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, egg and embryo freezing, and treatment with donor eggs or donor sperm; the clinic is also an affiliate of the MyEggBank frozen donor egg network. Dr. Chang sees patients in English and Spanish.
