Michigan Center for Fertility and Women's Health, PLC

Michigan Center for Fertility & Women's Health (MCFWH) is an independent fertility practice in Southeast Michigan founded in 2002 by reproductive endocrinologist Carole Kowalczyk, MD, who remains its medical director. A Michigan native trained at the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, she is joined by Nicole Budrys, MD, who is board-certified in both reproductive endocrinology and pediatric gynecology.

The main office is on East 13 Mile Road in Warren, with additional offices in Bloomfield Hills and Plymouth. The practice runs a CAP-accredited embryology laboratory. Treatment options include ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with ICSI, assisted hatching, frozen embryo transfer, INVOcell, and PGT-A and PGT-M embryo testing, along with egg, sperm and embryo freezing, oncofertility care and testicular sperm extraction for male infertility.

The donor program covers donor eggs, donor sperm and donated embryos, with counseling required, and the clinic supports gestational carrier cycles and LGBTQ+ family building. A distinguishing feature is its in-house wellness center, in Harmony, which gives IVF and IUI patients access to stress counseling, support groups, therapeutic massage, nutrition guidance and laser acupuncture.
