About
The Massachusetts General Hospital Fertility Center is the hospital-based reproductive endocrinology and infertility program of Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital that belongs to the Mass General Brigham health system. Its fertility services are now presented together with Brigham and Women's Hospital under the Mass General Brigham IVF and ART program.
The main center is on the 10th floor of the Yawkey Center for Outpatient Care at 32 Fruit Street in Boston. IVF services are delivered there in one self-contained suite. Patients can also be seen at satellite sites in Waltham, Danvers and Newton (Newton-Wellesley Hospital). Because it sits inside a large academic hospital, the center works directly with Mass General urologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists and oncologists.
Services include IUI, IVF with single-embryo transfer and ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg, embryo, sperm and ovarian tissue freezing, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, gestational carrier cycles, reproductive surgery, recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation and male infertility care. LGBTQ+ family building, including reciprocal IVF, is offered. Patients traveling from abroad can arrange care through the hospital's International Patient Services office.
